Last updated: September 26, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SiteSlips platform, mobile applications, or web services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by SiteSlips Technologies Inc. (“SiteSlips”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a construction company, subcontractor, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Field Ticketing & Digital Signatures (ESIGN Act Compliance)

SiteSlips facilitates the creation, verification, and digital signing of Time & Material (T&M) field tickets, work orders, and Change Order Requests (CORs). You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital signatures captured on-glass or authenticated via 1-tap SMS web verification are legally binding under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
  • SiteSlips captures audit metadata including UTC timestamps, IP addresses, phone number verifications, and GPS geofence approximations solely to establish an evidentiary record of authorized jobsite approvals.
  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring that designated signers (e.g. General Contractor superintendents or project managers) possess appropriate authority under prime contractual agreements.

3. Subscription Plans, 30-Day Free Trials, and Billing

SiteSlips offers tiered software subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise).

  • 30-Day Free Trial: Subscriptions include a 30-day evaluation period. You may cancel at any time prior to the trial expiration without being billed.
  • Billing Cycles: Following the trial, subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled. Annual plans include 2 months free (equivalent to 10 months billing).
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed via Stripe, Inc. SiteSlips does not store complete credit card numbers on its servers.

4. Data Ownership & Archival Retention

You retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, and title to your jobsite tickets, labor records, customer contact information, and attached photo evidence. You grant SiteSlips a worldwide license solely to store, process, format, and dispatch your tickets and change orders as requested by your account users.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteSlips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from jobsite payment disputes, prime contract disagreements, or equipment delays. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amounts paid by you to SiteSlips during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
